Voltaic Neurons, Power Supply, and Quality Polymer
Where can these material be found?

Voltaic Neuron -> Final boss
Power Supply -> Tiny Computer
Quality Polymer -> mission reward in many missions of the highest rank. Hazchem Soldiers (the chemical pyros) have them as a common drop.

Any suggestions on how to get Tiny Comp. to drop the power supply? I've been doing his missions at least 20 times now

Equip Lucky Penny x2 if you have a hard time getting rare materials from bosses.

Even with Lucky Penny x2 I can't get some power supply from Tiny Comp ... Any other way(s) ?

The droprate is set to "uncommon" so that shouldn't be that much of an issue. How many did you kill Tiny?
