Manage to go through the level, but can only find 7/8. Always get the guys on the ladders, the dude at the end, and the guy at the beginning. Where is the last one?

There's a guy on the surface, you have to backtrack a bit from the middle infirmary after the 2 sniper joes followed by a drilleretta.

Unless you're missing the guy you have to backtrack a bit from the beginning.
