how to upgrade to pro I can't find the upgrade button

You can't upgrade , the Upgrade Button is at "Help" I beleve , but clicking it won't do anything , I guess you have to buy the site version which is 150 Euros standard version , its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ , just stick to this version its nice except that you don't have 64 bit support , which is a huge downside but still there are some good Free programs that have 32 bit support , anyway I hope this helps and have a fine day , sorry I wish I had seen your post earlier !

Also you only have 16 tracks! Going from 1 dollar to 150 its a fraud :( and you can't buy the upgrade through Steam :O GOING BACK TO MY CRACKED ONE

i was gonna go for this since this cheap.. but i read 32 bit.. like WTTF ... surely they just milking this old software and squeeze money out of this craap

There is much more to the bigger versions than more tracks and 64bit... and 150 is the BIGGEST version (Pro Studio) which has alot of nice tools in it by default... "Recording Studio" has alot of stuff in it, too, no limitations whatsoever and is @75 bucks... and it´s well worth it... Been using MX7 Studio for years now, MX 8 Home for my netbook while otr and will sure as hell upgrade to MX9 Pro later this year.

this is btw not that old...it´s just an entry level version for people who are new to this... how anybody can call it a fraud is beyond me... The prices are more than fair if you compare them to other payware that comes with quite alot of (great) tools, instruments, sounds and so on...

Hell, FL Studio starts at 90 bucks and then it can´t even record or use audio clips and has quite some other limitations? Not to mention plugins etc... lol...

sure, if you´re a poor little kid with 5 bucks a month, stick to whatever you find lying around in the dirt :P

I have the steam version of mixcraft 8 and If you contact mixcraft through their contact page, like I did a while back, they gave me a good discount to upgrade to pro 8 for $25 USD, they did have an extra special on at the time. I have recently upgraded again to pro 9 for $39 USD. My guess is they will let you upgrade to studio 9 for $39, or pro 9 for $99.
