Mixcraft 8 Home Studio

Mixcraft 8 Home Studio

Can't hear a thing
I haven't used Mixcraft in a while, but last I saw it was working fine. And it still does.

Except for the part where I can't hear sh!t. That's a little frustrating. Volume is at 100% and it isn't my headphones because I tested them before and after opening Mixcraft.

Anyone else have this issue? Or can perhaps point me toward the obvious thing I'm missing?

It might be wrong for me to suggest this since you have experience using the software. But just in case, have you tried changing the Preferences -> Sound Device -> Playback Device (Output) setting to your Headphones?

I hadn't noticed it changed on me. Thanks for pointing this out :) And it's not wrong to suggest solutions no matter how much experience a person has.

Just playing it safe as Steam's forum can be quite toxic sometimes. But I'm glad it worked for you! :-)

If you like MixCraft 8 Home Studio, you might be interested to know that the Recording Studio version currently has a promo until April 2, 2018 at Acoustica's website[www.acoustica.com].

Yeah, that's a sad truth almost everywhere now -_-'
Looks a bit expensive, but thanks for the heads up. It might be worth saving up for it :) I'm just using mixcraft for a stupid RPG Maker project, nothing impressive like I'm sure others use it for XD

At the promo price they have now for the Recording Studio upgrade, it is worth it. The Unlimited Tracks enables to produce more complex and detailed sounds. Also, by activating 64-bit, it provides support for more plugins and instruments. There are also a lot more variety with the free instruments and loops.

There is nothing stupid in creating games that you've poured your time and effort into. We always begin somewhere that can lead us to achieve greater things later. :steamhappy:

Got things I'm trying save up for(and a WEIRD aversion to online purchases XD), but got it booked marked for later. Again, thanks for letting me know :)

I love my project, buuut it's definitely stupid ^^' I got an original story and characters, but can only edit the sample maps and can't for the life of me make good facesets. And the music is so simple anyone with 10 seconds of free time could do better -_-' Thanks for the cheer though, it's nice to hear nonetheless :)

45 usd or 59 usd or euros is not that expensive, the problem is the pay method : with steam you can use prepaid , no need for credit cards or money via bank transfers :steamhappy:
prepaid is easy and fast no extra bank or cards needed just buy a lot of prepaid and your ready.
