Problem with Achievement "The Route of All Evil".

All upgrades have already been completed before the new achievements were made.
However, achievements are not achieved.
I've tried many times to see if a new blueprint was made, but it didn't come out to the end.
Abnormalities in all mines were identified from beginning to end.

+1. But it seems like there should be one more for the laser unlocked after being defeated by 3rd phase of leviathan as it says cllasified yet no blueprint can be found for it.

I doubt that, too.
It seems that the laser blueprint is not coming out due to the bug.

Yep, seems to be the case, could be a missing mine
But I don't really see the reason for a lv.2 laser, it doesn't even matter since all it does is poke the Leviathan's eye out, which then dies and never comes back

You can use IT to kill flying enemies so it's not one time use.

any real reason to use it if your weapon is upgraded?
it only had one real use, but after that it's just sitting there with its 10 minutes cooldown
