Game does not open. Unsupported graphics card error.

Hello. Every time I tried to open the game I received an error message saying UNSUPPORTED GRAPHICS CARD. I've tried uploading the drivers but the computer said they were already uploaded. What do I do? And yes, I'm playing on a potato, but didn't have any problems with any of the older games.

(ik this is an old post but) i have directx12 yet have the same issue.

my PC runs TGAAC and PW: AAT both perfectly.
