$75AU here!
Three 20+ year old games "bro".
Ill stick to my emulator thnx
these companies will never charge the $10 price tag you dream of, so why complain?
And when you buy a steak you're paying for cow muscle.
Apollo Justice : 2007 (17 years old) (using a 2017 remaster but nevermind)
Dual Destinies : 2013 (11 years old)
Spirit of Justice : 2016 (8 years old)
Which of these games is 20+ years old ?
The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles costed 40$ for 2 games. These cost 50$ for 3 games. While you can argue you don't think it's worth it for this price, it's neither an insane or unusual price.
Take a quick look at most of ports / remasters from other companies (Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne, Metal Gear Master Collection, Crisis Core...), this price far from the highest tier
I won't buy it before a sale (mostly because I played the old mobile ports in the last 2 years and it's still fresh in my mind), but I don't fully agree with the price complaints
Hell just look at Etrian Odyssey, $40 PER GAME ($90 bundle) for HD remasters of DS games.
I dunno about the others you listed but Crisis Core, at least, actually had a lot done that it's more than just a port/remaster -- the entire battle system was redone to make it a lot more fluid, a huge amount of voice acting was added and they ever went so far as to change the chapter structure up some. So there, at least, there's some justification for the higher price.
