Steam Deck Warning: Use Borderless

The game defaulted me to Window mode, but in window mode it stretches the fixed resolution 1280x720 vertically in to the Deck's 16:10 resolution 1280x800. The image is vertically stretched and looks terrible.

I would have thought they'd have done a bit more to support it since it's steam deck verified but nope.

i mean 90 % of verified games are 16:9 also the entire verification is done all by valve not the developer. everything about the deck is mostly on valve besides native linux games and anti cheats.

Fair. I know most games are 16:9 but this is the first one I've encountered that stretched the image to fill the screen.

Perhaps add this to protondb so people looking into getting this game for the deck would know?

Weirdly enough, I haven't encountered this issue on my Steam Deck. Might be because I'm using Bazzite.

I did however encounter horrible scaling in Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, which I had to fix by downcaling the game from 1080p to 720p, which creates unnecessary strain on the battery life.
