Too easy
Without the challenge to use different items every time the difficulty so far seems kinda nerfed
also, I can make myself immortal with adjectives, anyone else think it's too easy?

I guess, but it WAS optional, being required would be a hassle tho. I'm hoping for a lot of replayability after the story.

Due to the nature of how the game is, you can replay it several times and still be surprised by how many different things you can you. Such as the saxaphone player in the prison, I gave them keyboard cat but you could also give them a singer etc

Yeah, I think Scribblenauts is very much about self-imposed challenges. It might be best to play with a friend, partly because your friend will doubtlessly come up with wacky stuff you wouldn't, and partly because you'd discourage each other from taking the lazy way out of solving a puzzle unless you're really stuck.

I think the very low difficulty level is a weakness in the game if viewed as a game, but I think it's really meant more as a sandbox with game elements kinda thrown in.

Making yourself immortal isn't too big a difficulty-killer, since most of the time Maxwell's not really in danger anyway. I remember that during "The Gauntlet" challenge, one of the few times he is, you couldn't make Maxwell immortal (though other adjectives were fine).

@Mistress Rarity,
You do realize that any enjoyment derived from entertainment is purely subjective, right? Different people have different tastes: people can both enjoy being creative and enjoy overcoming challenges.

agreed, I felt the last game challenged my creativity moreso but that is MY opinion, tho it seems most disagree.

I have noticed the lack of challenges where survival is the goal, thats too bad.

I feel this is the only drawback for me. Unless the puzzles get harder(which would be nice). Fun game but no challenge.

I agree, there doesn't seem to be to much more than in super scribblenauts, object creator aside. this game seems to forgo the puzzle aspects of the previous enteries to focus on the more sandboxy ones, I was really expecting a better level editor this time around, sharing home made puzzles in the workshop would be cool.

The object creator, and messing around, seemed to be where most of the fun came from for me, I feel like a multiplayer online mode could get fun, but chaotic, really fast. I miss the action game type a lot. Thank goodness I only payed eight bucks for it.

This was the first Scribblenauts game I've played, and I was disappointed to find out there was no way to make the game more difficult. Being able to replay it with a requirement to figure out different solutions would have been great.

Ooh! That'd be nice

I also noticed that most of the "challenges" just need a noun of sorts, which the answer is given right in the description.

My solution to the problem is to try to impliment a baby in each challenge.

So thrown in a few fast homicidal man-eating invulnerable ducks. Survival now becomes an issue. ;)

The previous games had an optional challenge to redo any level 3 times with different words, I liked challenging both my creativity and my vocabulary.
