Missing Shard.

In the Full Stop Diner, I am missing the Love Doctor shard. I have used the shard vision, and checked the pause menu and both of them say I don't have it, but if I talk to her it just acts like I already have the shard. Does anybody know of any solution to this, or is the only fix deleting all my data?

Yeah, I restarted the level and restarted the computer too.

Well, I guess I'l have to delete my data, if anybody has any ideas it would be very, very helpful if you could post it before I delete the save.

Did you check the Shard browser? I'm assuming that's what you meant by "Pause Menu". Some shards don't have shard vision on them. The wiki can help in some cases.

Yeah, I'll look around a bit more, but I spent at least half an hour in there trying to complete that and yeah, I meant the browser by pause menu. Thanks for the advice, I guess I'll see what's on the wiki.

There's a hidden shard in the forest area with the Backpacker. After freeing him from bugs, you can place a tent down and get a shard. This shard is unlisted. I spent forever looking in starite vision before checking the wiki to find it listed as "?" and told me how to do it. I am guessing it's just some shards are hidden, or it's a bug.

Well, I didn't find anything relating to this challenge, if anybody is currently doing the diner, it would be helpful if you could try to do the Love Doctor shard challenge and tell me what you did.There's probably a large chance that I'm just an idiot. Thanks for the help Rarity.

I'm pretty sure it's a bug, I can read what it wants me to do and all that, but I can't seem to earn it. As I siad earlier, there's a chance I'm just completely inept at puzzle games, but I can't think of anything else to even try.

First you have to give the boy something to keep his attention (Video Game). The girl will run off, then you have to give her something to cheer her up (Diamond Ring) And they'll get back together and you'll get the starite.

Oh. I gave the boy something to entertain himself, (maybe) set off a nuclear bomb, and had to reaload the level. let me see if that works.

Yeah, that worked, I reset the level after I geve the boy his video game, and didn't know I had to do that before giving her something. Thanks for the help. I probably would have deleted my save data if you didn't help. Thanks again.

Yeah, next time I need to be more careful when experimenting with nukes, or at least get all the shards first. Once again, thanks. It would have sucked to lose the five hours I put into this.

Just FYI, Black Holes are way better than Nukes and they won't kill Maxwell =P
