In Europe the game hasn't been release yet because on unknown reasons. In places like America, the game is out which is why you can see people playing it.

you can use VPN if you really want to play but use it at your own risk

good idea, I don't think there's any risk to it. why the hell is this a thing? is it just to cross us? what did we ever do to the U.S.?

You can pirate it or use a VPN to play it, which is apparently better than giving the devs your money for some encrypted files you have to wait for.

Personally I'd just wait, it's not worth doing anything like that because you could end up losing your entire account.
