I'll see what I can do to improve the item, but there might some items in the workshop that already fit what you wnat. I'll also work on the new pistol. Then I'll work on the folding blade. Is it important that the blade actually goes in and out?

Also, just in case you didn't know, 'Shotgun Blast' is an object that is multiple small shotgun pellets.
