Wraithborne Necklace on Janus?
So I did the World Shaper Quest, and when I left the repel camp on Chapter 2 one of the items that toybox shows me on the map is Wraithborne Necklace. Anybody found this item? It can be equipped only by Asuryani or Druckari and gives +10 to Agility and Perception.

it's hidden behind a perception check in a body of water right around the corner in front of the lacerax ambush just before meeting Mauran.

Why does it say Asuryani and Drukhari only? It’s letting me equip it on anyone and the stats change to reflect its working? Is there some other effect or something it does if you equip it on someone other than what’s stated via description.
