Burning World Seeker in Palatium Stellos spoiler

What is up with him?
I either get 1000 RP with Kaballica if I share information, or I kill his super gigantic ship in battle, and only get 63 scrap?? Really? - I want that ship!

Is there any other way this can work out? What if we don't tell him: do we get a quest or rumor to check out the burning worlds ourselves?

Or do I just take the 1000 RP and hope to meet him again later? (He is willing to keep us updated on his position).

I just kept meeting him at various points and systems in the game to turn in Burning World info. I'm not sure I ever resolved this scavenger hunt rumour to its fullest though. It acts very much like the Explorator scavenger hunt quest.rumour of giving the vendor info on new worlds.

Never completed that one, I thought he would need the info of the burning world where Cassia quest act 4 is, only did that last run couldn't even tell him about that system.

This was my experience.

If you don't interact with him you can turn in later in act 4, also there's a burning world that is actually frozen which requires unfreezing it by clearing a contract which is unlocked by a different rumor according to another thread I read.
