Death World - Home World ability doesn't work

I've just tested the home world ability death world (after the 1.0.1 patch) and it still doesnt work. Can someone explain to me how one can ♥♥♥♥ up one of the primary abilities? It's not like it's hidden somewhere deep in the tree of gazillion abilities you can choose from and something you can't just respec even with mods. It's a cornerstone ability ppl decide their whole builds around. Neither the bonus HP nor the dodge/armor bonus while having bonus HP applies at the moment.

edit: and then game dev companies wonder why only 30% of the ppl buy their games at full price when they are released. Huge mistake on my part. Will wait untill the "enhanced" "final" "goty" versions in the future, at least with this company. That's what I did in the past with the pathfinder kingmaker / wotr and for some weird reason I thought that the quality I received was there from the start. Dumb me...
