Lacking Insight into act 4

I'm at the point where I have to go to Emperor's Palm and I can't get there because i have no insight to make a warp route. Am I missing something? I lost Cassia in murdersex land because the the game bugged out, and when combat starts the combat logs shows her abilities procing. I got a new Navigator, and his stuff's in the combat log too, even though I don't use him in my party. Is my game just broke? Does it think I don't have a Navigator? Am I too stupid to figure out how to progress? Help me please.

keep an early save end act 3/early act 4 and wait for bug fixes. act 4 is an act about critical bugs. many things broken. no point playing.
