Is it possible to be unregistered psycher as main character?
I didn't see any way to do it in character creation but I wanted to make sure. I only see an option to be a sanctioned psycher. It would be nice to have that extra damage boost from the unregistered.

You can become unsanctioned psyker as one of Exemplar talents, but it's will have 0 narrative reactivity, but yeah, you can only be Sanctioned psyker at character creation.

Yes as Franz said, once you reach Exemplar, you can become a unsanctioned Psyker

Well, this is a game where you can go full heretic, so mostly i wanted to go unsanctioned for an "evil" replay of the game.
