Skirmisher Boots?
I swear I remember finding skirmisher boots somewhere in chapter 1 that gave you a chance to regain MP on a kill or hit or something. Am I insane? Because I cannot find them in-game or mention of them on any of the wikis or guides.

You're not insane. 25% chance to give 2 MP on kill.

Unfortuately I can't remember where I got them in Chapter 1. Might have been the one of the vendors. (Felllowship ship or Explorator in Gov's office)

It's 100% not a vendor item, I don't remember who drops them though.

It's a relief to know that I wasn't crazy. Maybe it only spawns for certain archetypes? Like how the weapons you get from Abe Lincoln and in the chest after you meet Argenta change depending.

I have both the warmonger and skirmisher boots as a warrior. Probably not a class related drop.

I don't know where, but you get then in Rykard Minoris. I just finished that place and I remember I got them and put them on Abelard. But I don't recall exactly where. But it was definitely there, since he had nothing on the feet slot before that place.
