Locations of Equipment, please help

Hello, I am looking for locations of certain equipment (and which act they are available in) for the following items:

1) wraithbone necklace
2) battle psyker boots
3) Yynnealith (aeldari las rifle)
4) hive world origin voidsmen armour
5) light carapace scale armour
6) vid-capture relay
7) disciple's boots
8) dashing aquila
9) camo cloak
10) navigator monocle
11) death world warboots
12) dark reaver (cape)
13) aether amulet

I am at the start of act 4, and am unsure which of these items I have missed (or sold as cargo). Thank you for any assistance.

1) Janus jungle, in the water next to the cliff (awareness check).
2) 1st Idira companion quest
3) Are you sure this exists?
4) You should get several during chapter 4

11) Drusian trader - ch2

I don't remember the other ones.

Thanks for the reply! I found #3 via toybox, so no, I'm not sure it actually "exists" or is obtainable.

Ok. I have done only 1 Iconoclast full run (and multiple that I stopped at the start of ch 4 or 3), but don't remember any such named rifle. The only possibility I see is, it if exists - to drop if you genocide the Quetza Temer Aeldari.

That sniper's name was Eye of Hecaton, if I am not mistaken.
