So, subject. I decided to get the achievement, waited for 48 hours and got it. In the end I, out of curiosity, picked variant with doing the thing again.

Go to the Janus, got the seal on my blank, aaand... What have I do next? Quest says "you may certify the new document with previously acquired seal".

So... How? I have a seal, I have a document, but how to combine them or whatever because they both are non interactable?

After Janus you need to get the seal again on Dargonus from Clementia.
Haven't tried that in 6month and at the time it was still impossible to complete when you let the guy on Janus become a servitor.

That sound extremely stupid, tbh. Why do we need Clementia if we already have a seal and can just bump it on paper ourselves? Especially when we already did it previous time...

Clementia said the first time around that they will make a copy of it, but if you want to know why it's that way you will need to read up on how that whole part works in the imperium, maybe they need to change it to your coat of arms, or something like that.
Either way you need to do it.
