Chapter 1 cargo trade and reputation
Is it possible to max reputation with both factions you can trade in Chapter 1? I read that both have an item you can't get after Chapter 1 (Pneumo Boots from FotV and the other I cant remember), but that would mean I have to max both's reputation. Is it possible or do I have to choose? Thanks in advance!

You can "max" both, you only need rank 3 for them, you should have enough to spare even then.

Yes, though I think you can't buy everything unless you go to Eurac V first and take all valuables off the station afterwards.

No you can get everything without plundering Eurac V, you get enough before the end of chapter one, if you did everything.

You start with 10 profit factor, then +3 from saving young Winterscale, +2 from demanding compensation for the cultist assault from the governor (you have to pass a check or it is only +1), and +5 from defeatin Aurora in the Cenobium. That's 20 PF total, which allows you to buy everything.

So you only need to plunder Eurac (+2 PF) as an insurance against failing the pesuasion check with governor.
