Bounty Hunter Extra Turn and Inflame Pyro power

I am really abusing things with having an Executioner pop Carnival of Misery (CoM) and then having Idira who I had take pyro ability's and get Inflame power use her extra turn from Bounty Hunter and do damage as well as stack up burning.

IMHO, this should be changed as it is very powerful and builds stacks of burning too quickly and at times multiple times per round.
