Yeah, no, sorry, Pasqal isn't "broken". 2*Int barely gets him on par with Argenta :)
Nothing comes close.
I've not played bonkers Cassia (I guess you stack infinit WP and cast her aoe that proceed to oneshot everything), but Pasqal requires you to click so many times compared to Argenta, even if he dealt twice her damage per shot I would still see him as inferior just because of the finger work required.
She doesn't even need to be strong, being strong is just a bonus.
I'm imagining Cassia in a Mortal Kombat game with fatality while she trying to act as nice as possible (except to the peasants of course).
Yes but that's not the build people claim is broken (or I don't see how that's broken, at worse it's "working as intended", and as you say, it just makes fights "more convenient")
The limit of single shots per turn is 11. 11 shots of 800 damage, or even 1000 damage, is what a burster does with ONE salvo.
Enemy outside of range, GET OVER HERE. Enemy scattering all around the battlefield, GET IN A GROUP.
After that you can Held in my Gaze or Lidless stare them herself, or leave the good work to the Sister or the Tech Priest, or anyone really.
Not if you break the game :) You can shoot (almost) infinite times per turn with Pasqal under heroic (but that requires setup and/or a lot of breakable stuff)
I've not tried but I'm also half sure that you don't need a lot to break the game.
I usually save post-battle and reload to cut all the dazzing effects, truly make the battlefield look like a battlefield.
The PTSD, man, the PTSD. Imagine your enemies move against their will and just break themselves apart trying to stop it.
Then again, I do fight plenty of Navigators in-game so it's all fair game.
