Any redeeming qualities to Marazhai?

This being 40k and him being a Dark Eldar, I suspect I know the answer already, but is Marazhai at all worth keeping as a companion? He went crazy and killed a bunch of my people, and I figure he's going to have to keep doing it to stay ahead of She Who Thirsts, and I can't have him murdering my crew.

Does he have an upside? Is his companion quest really good? Does he have a face turn at some point? He's a cool character with good voice actings ... but he's also an unrepentantly evil monster most of my other companions want to kill.

Yes you can, at the very end of act 3 when he's about to go into the web way there is a dialog option that tells the mandrakes to take him.

I didn't get the option then again I didn't have him in the party at the webway.

Marazhai haters are so tryhard, it's almost cute. "I killed him!!" "YEAH I KILLED HIM" "LOL I KILLED HIM!!!" It's like Astarion 2.0, I swear, all the cishet men feeling insecure that someone will find a villain hot.

He has awesome VA. He's super evil. He doesn't need to be redeemed, because he's not evil because of something, he's like, a proper drukhari, just true to his nature. I'm so there for it!

You can be unapologetically evil in this game too, and as such, you need companions to match. I'm so happy Owlcat doesn't only cater to dull majority, unlike most other games, and allows for some evil to flourish in their games too.

Also, his romance is hands down just the most unique and awesome thing I've read, it was just very good. And unironically hot. He makes this game like, 2 times better by being there, for me personally <:)

P.S. also he's the only man you can romance as a man, which is like... I wish it was also Heinrix, but oh well.

To be fair I would entertain Marazhai a bit more if he is a sexy female Dark Eldar archon with a heart of gold that can somehow morally shame Yrliet (kinda Mary Sue-ish but it's a damn Dark Eldar).

The current iteration is basically I trick you, you die funny death LOL.

why ruin a good thing that isn't broken? if dark aeldari will be ~good~ it's basically just cancelling all the fun factor. Like if I'm a fan of drow, you bet Drizzt is on the bottom tier of my character rating. If you're a fan of them, you're a fan FOR all the evil twisted stuff, not despite it.

Imagine if Yrliet goes evil because of the stupid ♥♥♥♥ she does in game while femMarazhai is revealed to be 4Dchessing good despite the dark appearance.

maybe, but i'm plenty satisfied with them both the way they are. Do you know, that if you screw up both of their quests, without romancing them, they will take each other by the hand and go and become Harlequins in the epilogue? I think it's adorable.

Actually, your crew is just a bunch of plebs, so you will not notice if some of them disappear during warp travel . Also, I think Owlcats should add an option for Rogue Trader to hunt with Marazhai
