I think I'm stuck in chapter 2? Nowhere to go!

I've been playing Rogue Trader quite a lot and I'm currently in Chapter 2,but I think the game has bugged out of me since I've completed all quests Chapter 2 has offered me so far but there is no development in sight.

I've talked to all my companions and completed all currently avaiable missions for them, while the pending ones are again,locked behind locations I can't access.

Here's a brief list of the completed missions in Chapter 2 so far:
-Tattered Spirit
-Rot
-Underworld

And the Completed Companion Quests:
-Battle Sister's Personal Request
-Dark Echelons
-Request And Response
-Astray
-A Lucrative Opportunity

Completed Errands:
-New Blood
-Machine Spirit Keeper
-The Guide
-Defective Servitors
-Persona Non Grata
-Wanted On Footfall

And here's the uncompleted quests that are more or less locked away from me since I can't even change sector, apparently:

MAIN CHAPTER 2 QUESTS

-On The Hunt For Knowledge (not enough planets in the current system)
-Hunger's Hand (can't reach the quest location since it's on another planet)
-Where the Shadows Are Deepest Of All (can't access quarantined zone)
-Reclaim What Was Lost (can't reach the quest location since it's on another planet)
-Dreams And Stories (can't access quarantined zone)

COMPANION QUESTS

-Secrets Of The Cult (can't reach the quest location since it's on another planet)
-Mercatum Tabula Officiale (can't reach the quest location since it's on another planet)
-A New Ruler (can't reach the quest location since it's on another planet)
-Classified Information (can't reach the quest location since it's on another planet)


The game seems to gravitate towards accessing the quarantined section of the Shadow District but I again can't access it.

Help would be much appreciated, I hope it's just me being oblivious about something and not the game that's soft locked itself.Thank you all in advance!

Have you completed the incoronation ceremony?

Why is a location being on another planet preventing you from reaching the quest location? You have a voidship. Can you not travel to other systems? Traveling to other systems is a huge part of chapter 2.

Have you not figured out how to leave the system and travel elsewhere yet?
Its the round button on the lower right when you're in voidship mode.

To access the quarantine area, talk to the Liege in footfall about it and ask him to lift the quarrantine. Come back later in the chapter when you've travelled around to other systems a bit and you'll be able to access that area.

You can click on systems you haven't been to yet and a red 3 will pop up. If you are in a connecting system you can make a new route.

I am having the same issue- the problem I'm having is that I cannot get back on my voidship after doing every quest except for the quarantine area because I left that for last.

Just to clarify: you have visited Vladaim Tokara the Liege, Vigdis has contacted you telling that repairs are complete and you've tried to get back throught the shuttle in Alpha-Rho dock?
What happens when you click on exit icon there?

I'm also having this issue I've done everything above but there is no exit icon near my shuttle
