Why does Pasqal get a Weapon Skill bonus with the Omnissian Axe?

I've been trying to find a tooltip explaining this but I don't see it anywhere. Mousing over the weapon skill characteristic just says there's a +15 from the omnissian axe. Its driving me crazy!

its weird, just seems to be a trait for all omnissian axe variants, its listed in talents instead of on the weapon. kinda like how chain weapons have extra crit dmg

Thanks for that man. Do you remember the talent name? I scrolled through his talents and didn't find anything mentioning omnissian axes. Bug maybe?

i swear i could remember seeing it when you actually check his current talents but im in game now and dont see it lol maybe mixing it up with chain weapons crit dmg showing up there
