Daggers have an innate undocumented 50% bonus to dodge reduction that can only be seen when looking at the combat log.
Noble sword is bugged: at the cost of 1 extra AP for attacking, it is supposed to put a debuff on the enemy, and if that debuff is already present, increase the sword's damage based on the attacker's willpower.
In reality, the damage bonus is always applied, debuff or not, and what's worse, it is also applied to offhand attacks, negating the supposed disadvantage (extra AP cost of the attack). This makes offhand daggers very powerful with mainhand noble's sword, as their low damage is compensated by the bug, and they are almost undodgeable thanks to their innate bonus. Abuse at your own risk :)
Noble Sword benefits from charge as well and AOO since then 2 AP attacks is not an issue - 3 AP area attack is really bad.
Anyway tried to start a thematic noble main char with only swords , Argenta on shotguns and flamethrowers.
I solved it by using a hand flamer with a bolt pistol, and a 2H shotgun as second weapon set, that way she has access to all ranged attack types (single shot, burst, AOE).
