Bug with DLC event for side quest not starting

So I just finished chapter 4 and had the three sorrowful Phalanges quest fail.
I looked it up and it seems there was supposed to be an event that set off during travel which never did.
I finished all the other side content in that chapter but that one and I wondered if there's a way to force the event to start or anything.

I'm worried I'm locked out of the climax of the dlc and really don't want to replay the entire chapter again to see if I can proc the mutiny event.

it should proc right after you speak with lord inquisitor in act 4, not sure how to force start it unfortunately

If I remember correctly it should proc after you get a quest to conquer Eufrat II but before actually arriving here. Probably you rushed to it and that's how failed it.

It's not failed yet, it only fails when I finish the chapter by going through the gate. I've tried just jumping around and the only events I get now are the random ones for planets.
