Can you even max out the Imperial Navy reputation?

There don't seem to be enough void battles / projects for that to be possible.

And also, are the necron void trophies you get in the final act actually useful for anything? They sure added a lot of cargo items in a chapter where you have no one to sell them to and where they have no other uses.

I always go the Burning Crusade route for my colonies, so I have never had problems maxing Navy.

Not sure if you can do it otherwise with just trophies alone. You are leaving like 20K rep on the floor

Have you checked your inventory for void trophies? Because the game puts them there often for whatever reason.
Anyway, Imperial Navy gets a lot of reputation from planetary projects. Never had any proplem maxing it.

It's actually the easiest to max out as long as you invest in their colony projects.

In my first couple of game I did not have an issue with them as I focused on gaining their Rep points as they had a lot of good stuff and face it, if you ship explodes so do you.

In my play throughs since then I just use ToyBox to up the Rep of factions and get the equipment and use it in battle.
Why? To me it provides some more interesting options for game play and often I like using more useful/powerful items for longer (ie get them sooner) thenfor just a few battles at the end of the game.

You can max out the reputation of every single one in one play and Navy is one of the more forgiving ones.

They also have the fewest reputation levels and rep trophies which are exclusive to them (i.e. nobody else "buys" them), and their related colony projects give a ton of rep points. So maxing out the Imperial Navy rep is definitely the easiest one to do.
