In what order should I go through?
I'm still going through the main storyline campaign. But then I saw that, as I understand it, the plot DLC came out. Will it turn on after completing the main plot of the game or will it be available during the passage? How does it work?

Is it worth turning on the DLC during the campaign that has started, or is it worth going through it after the main plot? Won't this moment spoil the gaming experience of the main campaign?

The DLC starts at anytime in Act 2 or Act 4 at the same place. I would suggest starting it before Act 3 though if you plan to take the new DLC character to that act.

Or if you can and if past Act 3, before doing Euphrates II in Act 4 because after that i believe your romance decision is locked. So if you want to experience the romance and not have the jealously event pop up on your first or second jump, do the DLC before that mission.

I just started act 3. Should I include this DLC for the sake of the plot? Not for the sake of a new character or a romantic plot. Should I go through the game without DLC first, and then try again with DLC?
I'm just really worried, considering that I've already passed act 2 and I don't know how this will affect my gaming experience of the main plot of the game (dialogues, choices, etc.)

OP says he's in the middle of the campaign as well, you have no idea if he's been through that part.

There was a spoiler in the comment I replied to, it has since been edited.

I'm 32 by the way, trying to contact minors is not a good look.

Oh just to clarify:

After starting a new game with a Blademaster a few days back you can of course start the first DLC quest in Act 1. It will even help you get to your secondary Archetype before the last part which is quite important. :)

The new bridge officers etc. are also integrated better when starting a new game from scratch.

You can still as I mentioned before start 99% of the DLC Content after Act 1 and before the end of Act 4. You will only miss out on those Bridge Officers naturally appearing along side other officers in the beginning events of the game, a couple of possible DLC unique items added to those early Act ! vendor shops (I think they could be base game), and a new system location in the Rycadi System - An Astropath Station dialogue event where you can obtain a useful amulet trinket vs. Daemons. It makes you immune to Horrors of the Warp (That terrible Daemon debuff scream).
