Warp Entity

Just started the new DLC and noticed that in one of the texts this comes up, "A voice whispers seductively in the back of your mind", hovered the mouse over the whispers word and it says my RT was wounded by a corrupted weapon....

Except they weren't since I chose to help/comply with opening the vault during the first part of Chapter 1 and get the Sentinel to burn them. also chose to dump the blade shard/part and I have had no dialogue about the entity until now at the start of the DLC.

I assume this is an error/mistake ?

You were wounded by the corrupted weapon before that. When he first took you prisoner and brought you to the vault (stabbed by corrupt weapon, passes out, wakes up at vault).

P.S After replaying the event a couple of times (trying out the different options) and what text you get, i believe this statement was wrong.

Oh i guess so, the animation looked more like you get knocked out but the text does imply it i guess and apart from the comply dialogue option the other choices give/show an animation/effect of being cut/bled, a bit weird that choosing to comply to open the vault seems to lead to the lack of any text about the entity at all even when making the choice given by the false Theodora at least until the DLC gets mentioned, thanks.

The animation certainly looks like he is knocking you out by hitting the back off your head when you try to wander off, but this line of text before that:
"With a pop and a sharp crackle, something hits you in the abdomen - and you are consumed by the unbearable, gut wrenching pain."
Sounds like it might to refer to being stabbed. You also have a wound when you then wake up in the vault.

He cut you with the shard after knocking you out so that he could force you to obey. Among other reasons, to make you go through the wound healing tutorial with Abelard.

Any mention of hearing the voice in the DLC after burning it out of you or tossing the shard is likely a bug.

Sounds like a bug since on my last playthrough I didn't insult him and never get any messages from that "voice" during full playthrough in any chapter.

Doubt that since when you got cut by his blade during dialogue (insult check), few seconds later warp entity would try to prevent you from calling for help near vault's door (additional text in dialogue) and if you didn't insult him, nothing would prevent you from calling for help (no additional text in dialogue).

I do not think so. If you agree to help him you never get the text saying how the entity was burned out even if you go with the dogmatic choice later. Its only if your resist him in the vault and he stabs you once that the text about the entity appears.

I'm probably misremembering the last time I went along with it or got a bug. I usually can't resist insulting him.

Regardless, hearing the voice in the DLC when you shouldn't is definately a bug.
