But it is strange that the Spinner Mask dropped from your PC.
To me the losing of weapons is much more of an issue.
You should run the Toybox mod. Let's you just pop a new one into your inventory(Amongst many other neat perks and cheats if you want them).
But even if you're not interested in cheating it's a godsend for gettng around the game's many and varied bugs and glitches. Especially surrounding Kibellah. Though ironically, Toybox itself CAUSES a glitch in Kibellah's "Card Inverted" quest but you can just turn Toybox off and restart before you do that quest. And i'm sure it'll get patched to prevent that specific glitch soon.
I found some weapons were placed into cargo, when I checked were they had gone. But they are hard to find in there, given the amount of items, and it is not hard to overlook one. What made me look at all was that I looted a flamer I planned to use and it was not in my inventory afterwards. Maybe other weapons also end up in there.
I am glad other folk had the helmet problem though, I thought it was just me.
Putting a few in the vault in a patch update should be a stopgap fix?
