Huh-huuh, covered in blood ... piercings ... oh now she mutilates herself okaaay. So what's your favorite thing? Death, nice. Do you like puppies?
Amen to that, brother
Depends on your alignment I think
I haven't done icono - but on dogmatic she will enter a FWB situation with you because anything else distracts her from her work to the undying emperor. On heretic you push her to react negatively to her initially unknown past and she perverts the spinners from being a hidden entity to donning them all in gold and being out in the open at all times, and she no longer relies solely on tarot to get rid of people, but will engage out of emotion. She sticks with you as a love interest.
She will change a lot towards the end with certain interactions with her and a certain actions within her main quests. IMO - it's a most dramatic and beautiful romance in the game (if you will have "Synchronicity" flags)
