BUILD:
The idea behind the build is 100% support, focusing on extra turns for allies wile also keeping your companions alive and pretty much unscathed throughout the game. Sanctic Psyker uses Resolve over Willpower as it's main characteristic for casting, which means Fellowship is paramount. Stronghold Strategem + Word of the Emperor + Shield of the Emperor + Light of the Emperor + Officer then later Biomancy talent augments made it very hard for enemies to kill anyone, while you continuously up the resolve and power of the group as the rounds pass. Late game your heals will be overhealing everyone including NPC allies (that are usually useless but with this build, can actually last a round or three).
Homeworld: Voidborn, Origin, Sanctioned Psyker (Sanctic), Triumph: Illustrious Glory, Darkest Hour: Shadow of Torment.
Starting Characteristics +10 INT, +10 WILL, +10 FELL.
OFFICER LEVELS:
Main Characteristic Priority: Maxed Fellowship, then Willpower, rounded out by Toughness as last investment (can't rankup Intelligence yet).
Skills in order of priority: Persuasion --> Coercion --> Commerce as priority. Keep Persuasion and Coercion higher and around equal. Commerce isn't that important in-game.
Abilities in Order:
Level 7 --> Shield of the Emperor (Tons of Ally wide damage mitigation),
Level 12 --> Take Aim (A means of ignoring all damage mitigation for any reason up to a %, and ignore dodge (and cover always) completely).
Talents in Order:
Level 4 --> Focus!
Level 5 --> Contagious Luck
Level 6 --> Inspire Courage
Level 7 --> Stabilising Factor
Level 8 --> Lasting Impression
Level 9 --> Finest Hour! Upgrade IV
Level 11 --> Commanding Voice
Level 12 --> Psyker Minoris aka Psy Rating 1
Level 13 --> Decisive Response
Level 14 --> Psyker Majoris Psy Rating 2
Level 15 --> Finest Hour! Upgrade II
GRAND STRATEGIST LEVELS:
Main Characteristic Priority: Maxed Intelligence, then Fellowship, anything else in Willpower/toughness.
Skills in order of priority: Persuasion --> Coercion --> Commerce or some Logic to make it easier to gain the Paradox Solved ability from Kiava Gamma Colony Protectorate reward for preserving and protecting the mysterious "function." (You will get an item that requires you pass a -167 Logic test to gain it). That Ability allows you to use your Heroic Act in combat once without Momentum. So a free extra turn at combat start. If you go full Iconoclast like me, that last rank has a similar ability that does this for a party member, so they don't need Paradox Solved.
Abilities in Order:
Level 17 --> Stronghold Stratagem (More stacking damage mitigation, and your team no longer takes Injuries that are in zones with this)
Level 22 --> Light of the Emperor (Best AoE heal in the game. Can be map wide with no range limit, effects many allie snot in group, but not all the time, can be spammed every turn)
Level 30 --> Hammer of the Emperor (A spike damage spell with same mechanics and Light/Shield of the Emperor. This you can drop though for something else)
Talents in Order:
Level 18 --> Diversion Zone (use of a stratagem on the Rear Combat Zone will make most enemies ignore anyone in it because they all become lowest priority targets. Put all your squishies in it and tanks outside of it. Win game... mostly :p )
Level 21 --> Psalms of the Emperor (If you didn't take Psyker Majoris YOU WILL NEED it here for Psi Rating 2 before next ability so you qualify for Light of the Emperor)
Level 23 --> Inscribed Soul (required to spam Light so you don't have to 100% rely on Cassia bringing down veil degration)
Level 24 --> Psyker Terminus aka Psi Rating 3
Level 25 --> Opening Strategy
Level 27 --> Take and Hold Upgrade IV
Level 28 --> Improvised Strategy (Doesn't always become useful, but you essentially get an extra random unpicked Zone ability point)
Level 30 --> Strongpoint
Level 30 --> Sacred Rituals
Level 32 --> Enduring Zone
Level 33 --> Psyker Extremis aka Psi Rating 4
Level 34 --> Take and Hold Upgrade III (no one really uses this Heroic Act :p )
EXEMPLAR LEVELS:
Characteristics: Maxed Fellowship, then Intelligence, anything else in Willpower.
Skills in order of priority: Persuasion --> Coercion --> Commerce
Abilities in Order:
Level 38 --> Biomancy (setting up for Biomancy talents and one or two Biomancy heals)
Level 41 --> Invigorate
Level 52 --> Regeneration (who cares your were already a god 29 levels ago and nothing can kill anyone in your party except a cheap last boss mechanic, or kill yourself with a peril of the warp bad roll).
Talents in Order:
Level 35 --> Firebrand
Level 35 --> Jinx (All chances go up 10% form skill checks, to crit chance, to dodge chance. everything. Including enemies around you so watch out but because your rearline support that hardly ever happens unlike melee builds using this. Helps with skill checks outside combat and for Solving the Paradox item (which can be easier to do in combat with Idira buffs etc. Since we spam heals it should be really easy to keep this jinx in the positive).
Level 36 --> Supportive Zone
Level 37 --> Still Mind (Massive Resolve boost from Willpower at low warp)
Level 39 --> Flagbearer
Level 39 --> Overcoming Zone
Level 40 --> Steel Resolve
Level 42 --> Confer immunity
Level 42 --> Pulse of Life
Level 43 --> Combat Meditation (+15 free Willpowa!)
Level 45 --> Iron Discipline (Possibly for +20 to all resistances for my playthrough).
Level 46 --> Personal Oversight
Level 47 --> Sanctic Slayer
Level 48 --> Perfection Under Fire (or whatever works)
Level 49 --> Second Sight (or whatever works here. A little late for this but helps use your Sanctic Staff at a distance, which will be doing hundreds if not thousands of damage per hit at this point when you feel like it).
Level 51 --> Hymns of Hatred
Level 51 --> Bloody Mess (hopefully doubling Staff damage and heals with a 10% chance of happening. Possibly 20% chance with Jinx).
Level 52 --> Eager Subordinates or whatever works.
Level 52 --> Eternal Glory or whatever works for you.

EQUIPMENT: (use wiki to see details so I can keep this post shorter):
- Helm of Determination - Requires Conviction - Kept this on as an Iconoclast as Joyeuse was less useful for me with Follower Rank Imperium Conviction. It went on Heinrix instead since he actually attacks unlike my MC getting in vanity kills.
- Body Amour - Psychic Bodyglove, Loyalist Glove (From Dargonus Project), Panoply of the Assassin (either a vendor item or late game reward).
- Amulet - Starmist Scarf eventually for +2 Psyker Rating. you can also not wear armour and get the huge dodge bonus in combat form it. I think it's in the pirate shot quite high in the Rep.
Jewellery 1 - Luck Thickener (from Commissar in Act 3. A nice party buff to allies when using abilities on them much like Contagious Luck etc.
Jewellery 2 - Spirit Drape. Very useful for AP management during mid game when spamming your Word abilities. -1 to all psyker power costs on first turn. Found in a Protectorate colony event for Janus I believe going to peeaceful eco friendly route (same route for getting Janus Aeldari torpedoes). I think that's where it's at if memory serves.
Also late game when you have tons of AP replace with Mystic Ward so your allies gain +5 deflection on combat start on top of all the other deflection your giving them with Shield of the Emperor + GS. Not only that, because you overheal arounf level 42 + and party is always being overhealed, you can keep this deflection the entire fight.
Other items of note for these slots mostly outside combat and making skill checks:
- Heart of the Nameless - From one of the first planets you explore I believe with the bottomless shadow pit if you play your cards correctly. For Iconoclast it adds +10 to all skills.
- Hadd-Pattern Data-Loom - Another +10 to all skills found on MU-RHO 79, Rocky World. Just copy/pasted location lol.
- Cloak - I used the Von Valancius cloak the whole game for the +5 to all characterisitcs. It can no longer be acquired if you didn't pick up the limited edition free DLC near release. Mostly because it looks totally awsome lol, but being a heal/buff bot you can keep your health at 100% always save for Inscribed Soul use before healing up again.
- Boots of Decay - Since your standing out in the open half the time being seen by all on a Rear or Backline zone of invulnerability, this is a good place for enemies looking at you to lose 30% of their Deflection EACH TIME you use a Major Psyker power, which is two times every turn LOL (Light of the Emperor, Hammer of the Emperor). can't remember where you get these a ship or late game? Dunno.
- Weapon 1 - Sanctified Staff - Likely one of the most power weapons in the game because it's power level scales with Resolve. Since you have like 30+ resolve yeah... be ready to do like 1-3K damage (I hit the last boss of the game for a vanity kill for 3.4K damage lol). Best part if that it's an easy item to get. A low tier rep shop item form Drusians or some such.
- Weapon 2 - Staff of the Rightious Pyre - Not as good as the lower rep version, but has a fairly high power level, better base damage and heals allies instead of hurting them in its area of effect. I nice extra heal if you ever needed it while also doing some damage. Again a reputation vendor item.
Getting the Paradox item for Paradox Solved ability:
It's from the Mysterious Function or whatever it's called on Kiava Gamma that will be involved in the colony's Chronicles of the Protectorate events. It turns out that the function is basically a *mostly* indifferent Archeotech AI or near AI that's sentient. Its "Data Angels" that protect it are advanced anti virus that even work against Chaos Corruption with ease. The thing is intelligent beyond fathoming. If you play nice and preserve the mysterious function, you can make a truce/alliance with it. As a token of "friendship," it gives you the Paradox data slate. You have to pass a -167 Logic test as mentioned before. This means having at least maxed out Intelligence by Act 4 that you can, getting tons of Logic boosting gear, Jinx helps with 10% of the roll, using the Paradox item (to use it you have to equip it like a medkit etc.) in combat is the way to go getting Prescience buff from Idira for more Intelligence. Make a save and savescum to high heaven until that damn thing unlocks once you have more then a 0% chance! It will take a while lol
Done but I will be working on it to make it easier to read like some other builds I have recently posted. I'm just going to respec with Toy Boss and follow it step by step. to make sure it works.

That's the reason Voidborn is basically leagues ahead of any other homeworld for this build.

They are ALSO based on INT with it, it's a completely mad talent in terms of investment x reward.

Be Smart is a waste of a talent with this build which is already talent starved and only uses INT, FELL and WIL. There's no need to take that anti MAD (Multiple Ability Score Dependency) when you can max INT/FELL mid way through Exemplar levels and get Willpower close or maxed as well. We don't need to delay talent progression anymore than we already have. :) :)
If there was no cap to how many times you could rank up a characteristic it would work wonders here (like having Be Smart and +200 INT would be OP especially for GS), but there are indeed caps even on Exemplar levels. I believe the caps (assuming you took max rankups at character creation + max a characteristic per Archtype), are two rankups to +10 max for levels 1-15, another 2 rankups for +20 max for levels 16-34, and another 2 rankups for +30 max at levels 35+
This build needs nothing else, gets like +50-150 Perception and BS just from casting Word/Light/Hammer of the Emperor casts every turn. (Late edit: Even Willpower is a semi dump characteristic that we're only pumping for some Officer talents and later Invigorate, that uses Willpower for about half of its healing equation /edit).(Other late Edit: Also you can scale up Fellowship much higher with Sanctic Staff bonuses and other item bonuses, Cassia's Reveal the Light etc.).

Notice that the party doesn't care about the 5-8 Shard copies and like 2 energy balls around us lol. Face Tanking except if I let the battle go on longer i would have lost Cassia to an energy ball paralyse then death next round after using this save to test some stuff
Edit: Just noticed that Emperor's Wrath does Warp damage in that screen, so it can be used to proc burning from the Daemon Tool amulet possibly for Executioner builds lol. Daemon tool is from the safe in the Act 1 mirror area under the Rycad Minoris Causeway.
