"To Become the Flagship's Blood" - Can I Fail It?
I wanted to know if it's possible to fail this quest on purpose, but still getting the following quests in the DLC?

From an RP perspective, it doesn't make any sense for my no-nonsense Commissar background Rogue Trader to go running around and jumping ventilation systems in order to have a chat with a death cult. But I still want to see the rest of this DLC's content.

Not sure about subsequent quests, but if you don't make the jump its stuck in your quest log til you do. But I'm still early in the DLC.

My main issue with the jump is I just saw someone get thrown into that exact same fan when I got into the area. So it was already a deathfan.

But that aside, dealing with the cult stayed surprisingly pleasant even though my iconoclast character wouldn't tolerate the murder stuff.

my take on it is that the people who operate the fan know who belongs and who doesn't and so they can pause it just enough to let you in, while wiping out the enemies of the cult.

Trust in your Plot Armour!!

And yes my Iconoclast was looking for a more anti blood option lol.

Yes, but you can fail the quest right at the start, by ordering your men to clean the red painting(which seems like the option more inline with my characters' personality), it doesn't get stuck on your log after that, it just says failed.

So, my question is, if you can take that option and still recieve the following quests later on in the game. Or if that will simply make the entire DLC experience cut out for you.

Has someone an answer for this? I ordered to clean the blood and the quest failed as i later noticed. Does this block the whole DLC?

From what I know about the DLC, it should not block certain events - but - I am only speculating. And I am afraid I am not going to do an entire playthrough so you don't have to. I dont have a youtube channel.
