Can anyone tell me what choice I made that led to this "Decision Consequence"
NOTE: Very, very minor spoilers

So I'm still fairly early into the game because I ended up re-making my character before I got too far. In the tutorial chapter when you and Abelard go down to help the Navigator, you meet Idira along the way.

After asking about her divining powers, she tells you "I have seen you [name]. I have seen the footsteps of your past and the wounds of your heart."

You then get a text blurb saying "the seer's words dredge up something dark and frightening from the depths of your memory. Your soul has been tainted by the influence of warp sorcery, and it seems you will never be rid of it."

"Something dark and frightening can be clicked on, which leads to a "Decision Consequence: You survived a brush with a warp phenomenon sometime in your distant past."

My question is, being as how it is so early in the game what did I do to get this "consequence"? Just for clarification, no I did not let Kunrad stab me with the you-know-what knife.

Those "sometime in your distant past" decisions are made at character creation, with your darkest hour and stuff.

That is just a recall of your decisions at creation, as Kindul said.

Ahhh, for my origins I took Commissar, and from there:

Feat of Greatness - Led an attack that breached a fortress held by heretics
Grim Portents - The souls of all who perished in a brutal offensive still haunt your nightmares and torture your soul.

I'm not sure which it would have been, as neither mention anything to do with surviving a warp encounter directly.

It's the grim portents. Genreally speaking, your greatest achievment always comes up in positive context (``Oh, you're a celebrity! I knew you even before you became RT from stories about your bravery! Here, let me help you!") and your darkest hour comes up in negative context.
