Drifting Voidship dialog at end gives a permanent buff.. it disappeared.
Conviction of faith gives the next attack 100% critical chance. It's supposed to stay if you do the dogmatic dialog choice with the Magos at the end.

But it disappeared a few missions later after exploring the planet solar systems for a few hours and going to the bunker planet with that seal.

It's not meant to be permanent to begin with. It's meant to last for that one attack.

Seems unlikely given that it stays after that and the other heretical option let's your ship have a chance of causing fires in enemies.

You seriously think the Devs want you to have a permanent 100% crit chance, forever? Please, use your brain for a second.

They stay until you die, or change the act. You lose this permanent buffs at some point.

All grey "permanent" buff are a temporary bait. Actuall permanent buffs go straight into origin talents.
