Aeldari in Distress Complete...but not?

I went to all three locatiosn and let the aeldari on board, I have a checkmark next to each location in the quest log but it's not completing and she has no additional dialog.

I can't remember if I went to cyrene or not. I feel like I did? but the rewards would have gone straight to cargo so they're gone by now if I ever had them.

Is it supposed to be this way for that quest? I do remember her meeting in the rogue traders room and saying I tried. I would expect it to move to completed quests?
