Thanks to the writer of Heinrix.
After shredding Owlcats past romances I feel morally oblieged to thank you for a really highly enjoyable love interest.
Heinrix doesn´t feel like a charity project, has clearly a life on his own, doesn´t bother me with wet dreams about his cousin and is not a mutated goat (not necessarily in this order). I would take the nowadays very controversial step to call him manly and see this as a positive checkmark.

Seriously, I thought that the conflict of interests and his ruthless professionall demeanor as opposed to the courtesy and consideration he shows towards Cassia as an innocent noble are very well thought and written out.
I pretty much enjoyed every interaction with him and observing him interact with others.

Due to the usually spare amount of choices in Owlcat games the one we have should better hit and this one hit pretty hard.

I liked options in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, they only noticeable difference is overall tone, Rogue Trader is much more serous and brutal, so romances all have some bitter undertone. The only one that butterflies and honey is Kibellah if you ignore all slaughter her cult does

really? It felt like romancing Kibellah lead her down a dark path of self-doubt and desire that clashed with her role as the vizir....

I mean you mostly do "soul searching", very romance book vibes when she tells that thinking of you makes her more unfocused

Even if you make her think about endless murders and carnage, it still sounds like line from Vampire Diaries

"Diary today we again killed thousand of innocent people, i can't stop thinking about him during my taro reading, how can he cause so much disturbance to my soul?"

Funny how the greatest thing that put me off with the Pathfinder series was the horrible voice acting. And now in Rouge trader the voice acting sounds dead pro.
