Cant find Unity mod manager

I'm trying to find my UMM file for rogue trader and I dont have the same file pathing as whats shown on the instructions on github and nexus mods. I go to steam common and RT and them im lost as to where to put the unzipped file.

Isn't it in appdata and not in steam common? Nexus for toybox states this path: An example path is C:\Users\PC\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Warhammer 40000 Rogue Trader\UnityModManager\

okay so it was hidden by default by windows but i have no locallow folder
