Cant find the cache by the Quay in Dreams and stories. it just isnt showing up

So, i found the first 2 fine, but the 3rd in the Quay isnt appearing. So, why is that? I have 100 awareness with one character. So, why isnt it showing up? am i missing something?

Okay, so... You found the one in the Atrium (Cache in the Former Lantern)? Then you went to the Footfall docks and got Note from the Cache by the Dock Windows? And then you're having trouble finding the note in the Shadow Quarter?

To get that one, you need to get and then complete the quest Where the Shadows Are Deepest of All. This will cause the note to appear. (It's a weird thing where you have to go through tunnels to complete the other quest, which will make the note appear.)

oh no sorry, i found the one in the atrium and the one in the shadow quarters, but the one in the docks isnt showing up. I know where its supposed to be, and i found the first 2 already (the pages in the atrium and shadow quarters by the collapsed bridge)

I had this one. Check your cargo, the key note probably there. Return this note into the inventory. Then you will be able to keep your quest.

how did you search for the note? I don't have it in my inventory nor cargo if you searching by "note". Such a stupid quest design....

Eventually I just used the mod https://www.nexusmods.com/warhammer40kroguetrader/mods/1?tab=description
and used its Search and Pick feature to add lantern and bridge notes to my inventory.

Open Search and pick, in the left column click Items, in the middle column click notes, and in the left column search "lantern" and "bridge" in the searchbox. Click add 1 on each. The rumours will get completed.
Its a cheat, but I already found these caches, it just so happened that devs apparently didnt quest-protected them so I was somehow able to sell them as cargo, my guess. Anyways, fixed now.
These items should not be allowed to be placed in cargo imo.
