Help getting good ending for Argenta (using Toybox)

So the choices I made during my campaign would have led to the Repentia ending, and I tried to change it with Toybox but even though I edited her flags/increments before the Driven mission, and all her dialogue during the mission pointed towards the good ending, after the mission's over she still talks about how she ran away and will take up the mantle of repentia.

Anyone know the proper steps to modifying Etudes to change the ending? Or am I just doing something wrong with the flags somehow.

I think the quest is bugged in the toybox, I have Fire at 4 and at the end Argenta enters the ship, but then on my ship she says that she went the way of Repentia

Just make sure the Hope or Fire flags have bigger number than the Humility flags.

I'll give that a try, because yeah like the other guy who commented I've been having her enter the ship and then her dialogue declares she ran away.
