'Emperor's Miracle in the Cinerus Maleficum' - Rumor... Failed?

Okay, so this is mostly just mystifying me. At some point early on in Act 4, I got a rumor about a world somewhere in the Cinerus Maleficum getting raptured, which sounds more than a little sus. It wound up on my 'look into it when in the area' list. Before I got to it, though, I found myself down around the Cauldron, on the way to Emperor's Palm to check on another rumor about a Mechanicus world being under siege there - and stopped into The Frozen Prince on the way, where an ice-world was sporting an unfamiliar anomaly just named... 'Ice World'.

I explored it, found some Chaos forces there (including a... *big* one) and kicked their heretical asses. At which point the aforementioned rumor suddenly popped up as *Failed*. I wasn't even aware that you COULD fail at a rumor! And I'm nowhere near the area described, even. Does anyone know what the deal is with that rumor? Was something supposed to happen if I randomly went to investigate the Cinerus Maleficum before visiting the Cauldron? Or is it just some bizarre bug?
