I'm going for a full Dogmatic play through to try and get Zealot rank on Daring...

During my first conversation with Vladaym, the liege, I agreed with the quarantine.

Then at the end of the Janus quest line, I opted to let Chorda support Footfall with provisions instead of me...

Does anyone know when/if the quarantine will end giving me access to the rest of Shadowfall District? My quest log just says, "Wait for the situation to resolve".

There are some months old threads discussing bugs, but most refer to different choices. I know the "typical" path has the quarantine fence come down after finishing Janus and returning to Footfall -- but haven't seen any discussion about the full dogmatic route.

I think you mean zealot (rank5), fanatic (rank4) isn't that hard to reach.
I would ask first did you arrive as the rogue trader on footfall, or incognito?
From my last play as dogmatic which also reached zealot, I had the bug that I couldn't go in there and I think that was because I arrived incognito. Simply for the reason I already did many dogmatic, or part dogmatic runs and that was the first time I arrived incognito and the first time I had that bug, where I couldn't go in there.
You're not missing points if that is what you fear.

Thanks. That seems to have been the issue... I did indeed go in incognito on that run. Reloaded a save this afternoon and re-did Footfall and Janus on a non-incognito run -- and was able to progress the quest by forcing the main guard by the gate.

It failed " Wait for the situation to resolve" but I was able to progress that quest, get all the loot, and finish the hidden data cache quest as well.

I don't have toolbox installed so not sure all the triggers -- but definitely still some weirdness with the incognito route.

The incognito route isn't worth it in my eyes, you're missing out on some of the best warrior gloves that you can only get early on if you arrive as the Rogue Trader and force Vladaym to hand you as an apology.
Some other things you can still get in the incognito route, if you just say you're Theodoras envoy.
Even if you arrive as RT and let the situation resolve itself, it opened up the shadowquarters quarantine zone, at least in all other playthroughs I did.

I also have this problem. arrived to footfall incognito, gave station to Chorda after finishing Janus and its not progressing as it should. Still locked and I dont see any options to get in.

Could be wrong, but I think one requirement is that you assist footfall. Giving it to Chorda is not assisting. So maybe the quests should fail then?

Hm could be in the combination of these? Seems bugged, but can't be sure.

Undercover + assist footfall = ok
Rogue trader + Chorda = ok

Only the above written case fails, everything else seems to work.
Which was why it was noticable, as there was no problem in any other playthrough I had.
And that was also why it was so hard to pin point, the rumor that it was sometimes blocked was already around since the start. at the time I had something like 6 completed games.

Only works when you land as RT.

10ws 10parry, for the beginning they are really good. I don't know what the exact choice was, but when you talk with Tocara as RT, you can say something like, "It's insulting for someone of my status", then "that you expect an apology", then Tocara will hand you them. It was when you talk about the Anver attack on you when you first land on Footfall.

They are called Adaptive Gloves! I got them once, then I looked for them in the next playtrough but never found them again.

Problem is they are mutually exclusive with Knuckle Guard (accessory 5ws 2dam 5pen) since it requires going under cover and posing as Fidelio at the funeral...

Tough choice!
