Classified information quest on Dargonus not working?
I am on Dargonus, and I cannot move this quest forward no matter what I try, what am i supposed to do?

Journal says that second of the Theodora's cashes can be found in the capitol, and maybe someone who knew her can help, but I finished the planet and exhausted all dialogue on the way and nothing
