How to fix -200 Lore Effect for Argenta?
I just noticed after completing thee Gleam of the Final Dawn that one companion Argenta now has a -200 effect on her Lore(Warp) and Lore(Xenos) skills for a total of -170? I checked previous saves and this was not the case at the start of this mission quest? Can anyone tell me what is going on, how to prevent it, and or how to remove it? I can not find any negative effects like injuries or status, so I am perplexed as to what is going on or how to fix a problem I can not Identify. Any Help Would Be Appreciated.. Thanks

Reload before your last level up and don't choose the perk that guts her Warp and Xenos Lore.

Know no Heresy . Imperial world characters gain +10% critical hit chance and +10% armour against xenos or daemonic creatures. Their allies gain half the bonuses of know no heresy.
However, Imperial world characters' Lore (Xenos) and Lore (Warp) are always 0.

Then don't choose Know no Heresy with her, a common Imperial World character skill that give you a -200 to lore warp&xenos.

Know no Heresy is incredibly strong, however, specially if you can get Pasqual or Jae to cover the Xenos Lore, and Cassia or Heinrix to cover the Warp Lore.

Pasqual works well as Xenos as there's a lovely OmniAxe that works off that stat you can get

GG.. Ty you all for the replies.. that now makes sense once I look at it.. and since I have 2 other companions with very high Warp and Xenos lore I will leave it... I was just concerned I did something wrong .. but now it looks like a benefit ...:jawawink:

It is a big penalty for a big benefit, kind of feat deal.
Argenta should be going deep into Awareness and Demolitions, which most traps in the game need to be detected and disarmed. She does not really benefit much from Lore skills, and starts with them quite low.
Know No Heresy is quite decent with her, because she has very little to truly lose, and much to gain from that feat.
