Rogue trader fav romance? Spoilers
only reached act 3 but got the 3 ladies on the go, going icono so between jae and yrilet. Cass is good little ive done (will save for dog run). Surprised yrilets is proberly better than Jae's at the moment, who essentially lied and wormed her way close for reward. (Even the mediations where your fears were confronted proved true in regards to Jae). Playing nice with her as im iconoclast but she won't survive during my dogmatic run. Who was your fav romance option and why?

Not a big fan of vidya romances but the best one was probably Cassia's. The whole medieval noble courting theme was amusing and pretty refreshing to see.

Jae gets a lot better in Act 3 and onwards but is quite annyoing up till that point.

Don't like Yrliet cause she's a liar, a traitor and a moron as well.

she would have been executed for he antics in act 2, the vox caster being turned on, sharing your exploits to the whole ship which is essentially a city worth of people aboard.
Side note shame cant have cassia to marry for politics and offical wife, jae would be your concubine, yriliet your consort? we are a rogue trader no way we would settle for just one.

You might execute her, I wouldn't. If she didn't share the sex video, I would eventually have asked if she'd like to do that. I'd share the vidcast not with the ship, but all the von Valancius worlds. They will understand the meaning of the word "Breeding" lol

Cassia is sweet and makes me feel protective, what's stopped me from pursuing that plot is that most of the endings are kinda sad.

Yrliet seems asexual and I'm not into that. She also has major autism/outcast/alone/struggling to cope vibes, and that's not something that anybody can fix for her.

From the girls it's Cassia, the whole sheltered noble woman romance you get from her is just a really good and fresh way for a romance. Yrliet didn't really feel like a romance more like a close friend to the end. Jae was the one I liked the least so far, the whole start of the relationship is based on a lie, she is also to easy in the beginning.
Heinrix for a female RT is also a really good romance so far, showing his weakness, his fears and still playing the hard one.

Agreed, Yrliet is damaged goods but good dialogue, like you said jae.....since im icono guess will stick with her but not impressed. Since Yrliet isnt really a romance more a spiritual joining shame there isnt a bromance with the space wolf, chugging mead and killing xeno's and telling outlandish stories.

Really, Yrliet has IQ of a Mon-keigh lower level Hive dweller. Selling Rogue trader to Drukhari was the dombestmost think there can be, especialy having knowledge of how Drukhari operates.

Cassia is a freaking 12 year old that doesnt know romance outside of books

Jae is pretty much a hoe.

Marazhai, obviously. Unironically the most unique romance in any game ever, wonderful character.

Does recruiting him effect Yrliet romance? or any companions? surely that would?

Hard to defend this, pretty much bang on, Yrliet maybe talk to RT before full crazy betrayal. Seemed bit of a jump despite you saving those elder on your world etc.

No idea, honestly. I broke up with Cassia right before I romanced him, and i didn't romance anyone else. I might try in the future though, I'm curious how Heinrix would react on a RT who romances both him and Marazhai at once, for example, surely there have to be some acknowledgement of it...

Yrliet is actually quite kind towards Marazhai (i think she's the only one who feels compassion and tries to help him, even though feeling is never mutual.) But there's something to be said in the fact - if you don't romance either of them, and their quests end badly, they will go off and become harlequins together.
They kinda bond over being two aeldari losers, i guess, it's almost wholesome?

Other companions react to him in the way you'd expect - they are uncomfortable, but that's about it.

not gonna blame you
but he is very fun and charismatic, gotta be my fav companion
i just appreciate how unapologetically evil he is, no shoe-horned redemption ark, no nothing - just proper dark aeldari, through and through

Yeah, sure he is a great character, will be interesting when I do a evil run. Like you said not everyone needs a redemption, Hope the evil run is as rewarding as it was for wrath of the righteous as I really enjoyed the content for that.

Argenta, Heinrix and Ulfar want to kill him after recruitment, Yrliet tries to correct your error of leaving him alive. For the romance bit, don't know Yrliet was the first romance in an icono run and I didn't even know at the time that I could recruit him, or why I should want him.
But he is a damn fun character when you recruit him.
