Does Auto-striking power sword stacks with vanguard counter-attack ?
Can a character make 2 counter-attacks with this combo ?

pick the ability defensive stance, that will make your vanguard counter attack after just about every successful parry

No, but its awesome for off-hand with something more powerful in main hand. Counter still works.
