There also wouldn't be people complaining about Argenta's lack of response if there weren't people using her when she didn't fit the role they needed. But if one wants to play as psyker hater you can do that by killing of majority of character by the name of god-emperor and insult the inquisitor at any given moment.
It's because of the setting, 40k is all heretical or not., no in betweens.
Also- objectively wrong. You can go full chaos and keep argenta around A LOT longer than she should stay. There's no reason her leaving is locked behind a specific trigger, when you gallivanting around with heresy should have her turning hostile by the end of act 2.
