Decision consequence "you did not decipher the language of the ancient xenos race"

I don't recall ever having a decision on this? Can anyone tell me what choice i screwed up where to not be able to decipher this language.

Or this yet another bug.

As up until now i have managed to decipher this particular language with my 160 xenos skill

for clarification its the 2nd crypt in act 5, and I passed every skill check in the first crypt and deciphered the language there. So i find it odd now I am being told i can't.

Edit: going off what info i could find, looks like the game broke and didn't count it as being completed and know I cannot decipher the language anymore. That's just awesome to have my playthrough ruined by yet another bug

There is a sequence of specific things to do on a planet from the first system of Chapter 5, you can land there ; you have to pass three checks : two Lore:Xenos and one Tech-Use, before going to the central cogitator and "collect the gathered data" (or smth like that) and update your Elucidator with it, then you will speak xeno-language.

Yes I successfully deciphered the language in that 1st crypt, passed every skill check and got the info. Apparently it was bugged for me as i miracuously stopped being able to understand the language from the 2nd crypt on.

Pretty sure this is bugged, I did all checks successfully but after that never could read anyway.

You need to get the info for your translator in the first Necron crypt.
It is not just a Xenos roll

I think it was a combination of all the test in the first necron crypt and then you could load it to your translator from the cogitator that also gave you the mine codes.

Yes, I meant that to decipher the Necron lang it was not just a Xeno's Lore roll every time you encounter it.

He's got the order of operations at the tomb world, and it triggers the achievement properly. Annoyingly specific and not clarified in-game.

yeah, and just a note on this, it's the Ice World in Debris of Battiata system when you first go through the portal that you get this done. That's where you do the stuff outlined in that post.
